Which links are supported?+
Public share URLs from chatgpt.com/share/… and the older chat.openai.com/share/… format. Private conversation URLs from your own sidebar cannot be read by anyone but you, so paste the chat text instead.
Why does my link say the conversation could not be read?+
The most common causes are a link that was un-shared, a typo in the URL, or a chat that was deleted. Re-share it from ChatGPT to generate a fresh link and try again.
Can I convert a conversation without making it public?+
Yes. Select the conversation in ChatGPT, copy it and paste the text into the converter. We split it on the You / ChatGPT markers and format it identically.
Are images in the conversation included?+
Not yet. Text, code, lists and tables are converted; generated images and file attachments are skipped so the document stays lightweight.
Is there a length limit?+
No hard limit. Very long threads take a few extra seconds and produce more pages, but everything is paginated automatically.
Do you store the link or the conversation?+
No. The share page is fetched, converted and discarded within the same request, and the PDF itself is written in your browser.
Can I use this on a phone?+
